in the loop.
One account for you and the people you choose. Everyone sends from their own phone or email. Lookover brings the explanations, important dates, and weekly summary together.
- Just for youA private place for your questions, explanations, and important dates. No need to invite anyone.
- You and your householdYour partner sends a receipt. You forward a bill. Choose to share them, and your weekly summary brings together what needs attention.
- Parents and adult childrenA parent sends something confusing, suspicious, or simply worth sharing. They get an explanation; you can receive the summary and important alerts.
You choose what to share.
Your documents are personal. You decide what to send and who receives a summary.
Software does the reading.
Your explanation is generated automatically, without waiting for a human reviewer. You choose what to send. Lookover doesn’t need your bank login or access to your entire inbox.
Your originals aren’t kept forever.
We encrypt what you send. Keep originals for 7 or 30 days, or choose to keep explanations only and remove originals after processing. Explanations stay saved until the household’s records are deleted.
Read our privacy policyAn explanation, not an action.
A computer does the reading and can make mistakes. Lookover can flag warning signs, but can’t verify the sender. It never pays bills or changes your services.

How do I send something or view my account?
Send a photo or message by text, or forward an email. Your explanation comes back in the same conversation. To view saved explanations, summaries, and sharing settings, open your account with an emailed sign-in link or code.
Can I set it up for a parent?
Yes. Sign up with your own contact details, then invite your parent. They must agree before Lookover reads what they send. They separately choose whether to share their explanations with you. They can use text or email without signing in.
Can my family use different languages?
Yes. Each person can choose a message language in Your account. It applies to new explanations, summaries, reminders, and service messages. Earlier messages stay as they were, and account pages and saved reading history are currently in English.
Translations are made by a computer and can be wrong. If a translation is unavailable, we include a notice in your chosen language and the original English message so you still receive the information. Check important details against your document.
What if Lookover gets something wrong?
Lookover can misread a document or miss details. If something seems wrong, reply and ask it to check. Keep the original, and verify important information directly with the sender using contact details you trust. Lookover explains documents; it does not give medical, legal, or financial advice.
Does a person read my documents?
Your document explanations are generated automatically by software. A person does not need to review them first. Authorized staff can access stored documents and explanations through restricted tools, and that access is logged. If you ask for human help, support staff can read and answer your request.
Our privacy policy explains how your information is stored and which service providers process it.
Who can see what I send?
Your explanations stay private unless you choose to share them, including with the account holder. Choose or remove specific people in People & sharing in your Lookover account. Summary recipients must also accept their invitation. The account holder can see their own records, but inviting you does not give them access to yours.
How do I cancel?
Open Plan on your Lookover account page and choose “Manage payment or cancel.” Stripe handles the cancellation. Cancel during the trial to avoid the first charge. Replying STOP only stops texts; it does not cancel your subscription. After service ends, account-content deletion is scheduled after 30 days, as explained in our privacy policy.
